Mary is living on $6,000.00 per year while raising an adult mentally challenged son. This homeowner has been without heat and air for 10 years. The roof was leaking and compromising the ceilings. She hasn’t had running water in her house for over one year. She uses buckets to bring water in from an outside faucet to use for bathing, drinking, and cooking. She washes their clothes in a bucket.
