Holy Spirit Catholic Church Application for Tuition Assistance for the Academic Year 2026-2027
The foundation of a catholic education is built on the basis of developing students who not only strive for academic excellence, but also demonstrate outstanding leadership and values, consistent with the teaching of the Church.
Holy Spirit Catholic Church is committed to supporting parish families who wish to send their child or children to a catholic school within the greater Charleston area (Nativity Catholic School, Blessed Sacrament Catholic School, and Bishop England Catholic High School). For families requiring financial aid, it is requested that the form below be completed and returned to the church office in a sealed envelope labeled “HSCC Tuition Assistance Request” no later than February 28, 2026. The decision to grant assistance will be reviewed by a committee composed of members of the parish and will be influenced by financial need, commitment to catholic education, and parish involvement.
Eligibility:
- Open to all children within the Holy Spirit parish family who currently attend or have applied to catholic school for the 2026-2027 school year
- Family must be registered members of Holy Spirit Catholic Church
- Family must attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days and actively support other church ministries / volunteer opportunities
- Family must demonstrate financial need by providing requested financial information
Applications are available below to download and print and in the church office. All information received will be kept strictly confidential. Final decisions on assistance will be provided in writing no later than May 30, 2026.
