It’s time to celebrate and bring the parish together! Join us on Friday, October 28th from 5 to 8 p.m. for a delicious bbq dinner: the menu includes Pulled Pork and Pulled Chicken with sauces, Cole Slaw, Tossed garden salad with dressing, Baked beans, Green beans, Mac and cheese, Iced Tea and Lemonade (catered by Britton Catering). Tickets are on sale after weekend Masses and in the office. Adult tickets are $25, children (6-12) are $10 and children under 6 are free. Dessert and beverages are supplied by the Parish. Indoor and outdoor seating will be available.
This is THE fundraiser for the Ministry of Hospitality & Outreach. Some of the projects and events that are supported and funded by this umbrella ministry include: the Christmas Angel Tree, the Family Ministry Breakfast with St. Nicholas, the School Supply Drives for Frierson & Angel Oak Elementary Schools, Halloween Trunk or Treat, New Parishioner Welcome events, the Annual Mardi Gras and Oyster Roast, parish gifts at Pentecost and providing supplies to summer Migrant Camps.
